Cricket With Fun (CWF) Community is a private, whitelist-only cricket clubhouse and social platform for verified members and teammates of the CWF group. This platform is not open to the general public.

1. Information We Collect

WhatsApp Phone Number (E.164): Used solely for whitelist authentication, sending single-use OTP verification codes via the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (App ID 3479716648875112), and broadcasting club notices when opted in.
Cricket Profile & Career Statistics: Playing role, batting/bowling style, jersey number, match performance lines, and head-to-head match records.
User Content: Match tales, photos, audio celebration tracks, player spotlight reels, poll votes, and dugout banter wall shoutouts posted by you.

2. WhatsApp Authentication & Messaging

When signing in, you receive a 6-digit authentication code via WhatsApp. OTP codes expire within 10 minutes and cryptographic SHA-256 hashes are stored to prevent replay attacks. We never send marketing spam or promotional content through WhatsApp.

3. Data Privacy & Zero Third-Party Selling

All data is stored securely in our private Cloudflare D1 database and R2 storage buckets within our isolated cloud infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal details or contact information to advertisers, data brokers, or external third parties.

4. AI Dugout Buddy & Group Chat Sanitization

Our AI assistant runs queries against sanitized club match statistics and authorized group chat chunks in local FTS5 search. All phone numbers in chat exports are masked ([phone hidden]) and conversations are never shared with public model trainers.

5. Account Deletion & Rights

You may request complete removal of your member profile and posted content at any time by contacting a CWF club administrator.
